The structure of this telephone communication cable is following:
---Conductor:soft round copper wire or tin copper wire in diameter of 0.5mm,0.6mm and 0.8mm.
---Insulation:adopt one of flame retardant polyehylene,PVC(Polyviny Chloride) and polyethylene according to different model,the surface of the insulation material should be smooth and even.The thickness should be well-proportioned,the least thickness is 0.4mm.
---Line pairs:every two insulation conductor strands into pair according to the stated chromatogram.
---Sheath:the technical spec of PVC sheath material is up to the standard of GB8815.The parallel indoor wire sheath is extruded in cross section of lfat and round.The stranding indoor wire sheath is extruded in cross section of round.Surface shall be non interrupted and smooth.Thickness shall be even.Standard color is black and white.
---Mark:cable is packed in roll.Each roll is wrapped by strap independently.Each roll comed with a quality acceptance certificate,manufacturer name,brand name,product name,lenth,date of manufacturing and QA in-charge person.
